Domestic & General is hiring an International HR Delivery Partner in Norwalk, CT. This hybrid, full-time role on a six-month fixed-term maternity cover supports the Global People team, advising senior leaders and translating business priorities into people strategies to drive performance and growth.

You will lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change, delivering data-driven insights and ensuring policy and governance compliance across the employee lifecycle.
