Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Senior Project Manager, HR to lead complex, cross-functional HR projects on a regional or global scale. You will guide project teams, ensure delivery against scope and budget, and serve as an SME for HR PMO practices.

Responsibilities include governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and driving process improvements across HR initiatives and technology implementations. Strong leadership and PMP/Lean Six Sigma credentials are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, engineering, business admin or related discipline.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 6+ years of project management experience and knowledge of PM tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, multi-functional, full-cycle HR projects on regional/global scale.
• Act as SME for HR project methodology and guide teams on approach, tools and resources.
• Develop and govern project plans, scope, budget, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
• Create governance and communication plans, including gate meetings and lessons learned.
• Drive process improvements, system integrations, and technology deployments within HR PMO.
