Job summary

You will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate global teams, and drive best-practice methodologies to deliver results. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle projects.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Lean.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, regional and global projects from discovery through sustainment.
• Drive HR process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive results.
• Establish governance, run team meetings, track actions, and communicate progress and decisions.
• Apply PM best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean methodologies and problem-solving.
