Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a PCC Partner / Senior HR People Partner to align people strategies with business objectives across a global, matrixed organization. You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development to fuel growth.

You will use workforce analytics to guide decisions, lead change initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high performing workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes.
• Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and prepare the business for future growth.
• Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support data-driven business decisions.
• Guide leaders through organizational change, transformation initiatives, and employee engagement efforts to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex people matters, partnering with key stakeholders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
