Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a PCC Partner / Senior HR People Partner to join the People, Culture & Change team in a leadership capacity.

You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. You will lead succession planning, talent development, and change initiatives while leveraging analytics to shape decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in HR, HRBP, OD, workforce planning or related discipline.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed or global organizations.
Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, org design and change management.
Ability to leverage workforce analytics and people data to develop strategic recommendations and influence decisions.
Excellent consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach leaders across levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive workforce planning.
Lead organizational design, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Utilize workforce analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support data-driven decisions.
Guide leaders through organizational change and employee engagement programs to drive impact.
Serve as trusted advisor on complex people matters with stakeholders to foster a compliant and inclusive workplace.
