Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically has 10+ years of HR work experience, preferably as an HRBP or within an HR function managing organizational change initiatives, workforce plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape workforce and organizational strategies to enhance effectiveness and leadership capability.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and talent strategies for transformation and growth.
