Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in fast-paced, global corporate environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global HR talent strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development across HR.
• Drive workforce planning, organization design, and capability assessments.
• Implement learning, upskilling, and professional development initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and insights to improve HR performance and engagement.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and global HR communications and projects.
