Job summary

ITT Inc. in Orchard Park, NY seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead and support Human Resources at the site. You will partner with site leadership and Operations to execute HR processes, handle employee relations, and drive practical HR solutions aligned with business priorities.

The role reports to the Executive Director, Control Technologies HRBP, and collaborates on Talent Initiatives, succession planning, and HR program delivery across the Value Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing/ops environment preferred.
• Hands-on HR leader with direct partner experience to Operations and site leadership.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partner for Orchard Park site, supporting leadership, Operations, and employees.
• Partner with Operations to handle staffing, attendance, employee relations, and coaching.
• Provide visible HR leadership across the site in both office and production environments.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach managers on leadership, documentation, performance management, and actioning HR policies.
• Oversee one direct report (HR Business Partner) and develop HR priorities and processes.
