ITC is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance across the organization. The role emphasizes strategic HR practices, policy guidance, and employee relations within a fast‑paced environment in Texas.

The ideal candidate will manage HRIS, compensation programs, and safety collaborations while driving analytics and innovative HR initiatives to support business goals.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of HR experience required.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or MBA with an HR concentration is a plus.
