Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience with significant focus on HR operations.
• Minimum 5 years leading HR operations, shared services, HRIS/HR tech, or people analytics teams in complex multi-site/global environments.
• Lean/Six Sigma, or process improvement certification and SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and optimizes a global HR Shared Services function across manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Defines, measures, and optimizes SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for superior service delivery.
• Co-owns system implementations, integrations, and upgrades with IT delivery; governs HR technology vendor relationships.
• Drives digitization and automation to reduce manual effort and improve data integrity.
• Partners with IT Security to ensure HR systems meet enterprise security and data privacy standards.
