Job summary

You will oversee HR Shared Services, HR technology, people analytics, governance, and compliance across manufacturing and corporate environments.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR operations
- Minimum 5 years leading HR operations, shared services, HRIS/HR tech, or people analytics teams
- Experience in multi-site/global environments and manufacturing settings
- Proven ability to design scalable service delivery models and governance
Responsibilities
- Lead global HR Shared Services and HR technology strategy
- Drive governance, compliance, and risk management across HR ops
- Partner with IT, Finance, and business leaders to enable digital transformation
- Define metrics, SLAs, and dashboards for performance and data quality
- Oversee HR data governance and privacy across regions
