Job summary

RELP is seeking an HR Operations Associate to join the team remotely. You will maintain HR systems, manage contributor data, and generate regular HR reports for leadership while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and contract processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English communication. It offers a fully remote schedule with GMT+2 alignment and international collaboration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update RELP's HR systems and contributor data.
• Build HR metrics and dashboards across regions.
• Track HR KPIs and flag risks to HR Manager/HRBPs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding administration and benefit information by country.
• Assist Talent Acquisition during peak periods and with candidate communications.
• Maintain contributor records and legal documentation in coordination with Legal.
• Coordinate contract renewal tracking across jurisdictions.
