Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience including onboarding.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle for domestic and international employees.
• Serve as point of contact for country-specific policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recordkeeping requirements.
• Partner with legal and external vendors on employment structures across countries.
• Support audits related to payroll, benefits, and data privacy.
• Develop policies, handbooks, and communications for employees.
