ANV Insurance is seeking a highly experienced VP, Global Head of Real Estate to lead its real estate portfolio and workplace services globally. Reporting to the CFO, you will align portfolio strategy with business priorities, execute competitive transactions, and deliver high-quality office environments for a demanding financial services organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate real estate and workplace leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and present investment cases to finance leaders.
• Experience delivering premium interiors and technically complex office projects.
• Experience in hedge funds, asset management, private equity, financial services preferred.
• Broad operational capability across facilities, hospitality, lease administration, vendor management, security, and workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Develop global real estate strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead site selection, leases, renewals, expansions, relocations, and exits; direct brokers and coordinate with Legal.
• Oversee design, construction, and occupancy from feasibility to handover; manage budget and schedule.
• Manage facilities, reception, meeting and event support, and workplace services; ensure high-touch client service.
• Own budgets, forecasting, reporting, vendor governance, and performance measures across jurisdictions.
