Job summary

XRHealth America is seeking a Human Resources & People Operations Manager to own HR operations across our US-based employees and coordinate offshore staffing partners. This hands-on role requires building scalable processes, overseeing recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, and compliance in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll administration, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance; quick learner.
• Experience with HR and payroll systems; Rippling familiarity is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with external staffing agencies and offshore teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Comfortable building processes from the ground up in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations for US-based and offshore teams.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and EOR partners.
• Develop scalable HR policies aligned with HQ leadership.
• Track HR metrics and report on headcount, turnover, and costs.
