Job summary

World Insurance As is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with HR Business Partners and support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. This developmental role provides hands-on experience in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and HR projects to prepare for future HRBP progression.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, maintain HR data integrity, and help deliver consistent HR programs for an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience in relevant roles is preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines and partnering with HRBPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to support client groups and execute HR initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and separations.
• Support employee relations investigations, performance management activities, and policy inquiries.
• Handle intake of employee and manager inquiries, with escalation for complex matters.
• Assist with talent management processes: goal setting, reviews, succession, engagement, and compensation planning.
• Prepare HR communications, documentation, and personnel action materials.
• Maintain and support workforce reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
• Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, L&D, HR Operations) for program delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of HR data, records, and HRIS transactions, supporting compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, and templates; identify process improvements.
