Xometry is seeking an HR Business Partner Director to lead strategic initiatives across our global Operations organization. In this role, you will work closely with the global leadership team, driving talent strategy and people programs that enhance performance while maintaining a strong company culture.

The successful candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including substantial work supporting global Operations, and the ability to navigate complex labor markets. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as a HRBP.
• Proven experience navigating complexities of international labor markets.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
