Responsibilities

• Global Stakeholder Management: provide cross-business unit, global coverage for six business units across six countries.
• Employee Lifecycle Orchestration: coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding to offboarding with a focus on a positive employee experience.
• HR Tech & Vendor Integration: navigate Workday and ServiceNow and collaborate with vendors such as Tax Advisory, Background Checking, Benefits, Immigration.
• Policy Guidance & Support: resolve HR-related queries and guide workers on policies and system transactions.
• Global Mobility Administration: oversee end-to-end mobility cases with cross-unit and vendor collaboration.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: ensure data accuracy and perform audits for internal, external, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Execution: support internal/external audits with reports and evidence.
• SLA & Performance Excellence: manage workload to meet SLAs and deliver high-quality results.
• System & Process Optimization: partner with HR Systems to improve HR workflows and efficiency.
• Documentation & Workflow: maintain clear documentation for system workflows and lifecycle events
