Responsibilities

• Global Stakeholder Management: cross-business unit coverage for six units across six countries.
• Employee Lifecycle Orchestration: coordinate onboarding through offboarding with a positive experience.
• HR Tech & Vendor Integration: navigate Workday and ServiceNow; collaborate with Tax Advisory and Benefits vendors.
• Policy Guidance & Support: resolve HR queries; promote self-service tools for efficiency.
• Global Mobility Administration: oversee mobility cases with cross-unit and vendor collaboration.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: ensure data accuracy and perform audits for compliance.
• Audit Execution: provide reports and evidence for internal/external audits.
• SLA & Performance: manage workload to meet SLAs and deliver high-quality results.
• System & Process Optimization: partner to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Documentation & Workflow: maintain clear documentation for workflows and lifecycle events.
