Job summary

Aptos Retail is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support recruitment activities and manage employee lifecycle processes. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, and documentation, ensuring data integrity in Workday.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT to drive efficient HR operations and participate in automation and process improvements in a global tech organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Operations or related field; 1–2 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Basic Employment Law knowledge is desirable; Workday experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete support on experienced and campus recruitment activities.
• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and documentation coordination.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in Workday and other HR systems; support audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards & HRIS, Payroll and IT to ensure smooth end-to-end HR operations and contribute to HR projects.
