Job summary

Compass International Holdings is seeking an M&A Specialist to support People Enablement merger, acquisition, and integration activities. You will translate transaction objectives into clear plans, coordinate milestones, identify risks, and ensure a strong employee experience while partnering with cross-functional teams across HR, finance, IT, and legal.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field.
4–7+ years in M&A, integration management, or related disciplines.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain workplans, milestones, dependencies, and risk logs.
Coordinate integration activities across multiple workstreams with business objectives.
Assist in due diligence for people, organizational, and operational areas.
Analyze data to identify risks, opportunities, and integration considerations.
Track diligence findings and support action planning for readiness.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and Legal.
Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up actions.
Prepare status reports and governance materials for leadership.
