Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; 8–10 years of HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification is required.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, and internal communications.
• Develops staffing strategies and hiring plans to attract talent.
• Manages recruitment, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Designs and implements HR processes aligned with policies and compliance.
• Delivers training on HR topics and EEO compliance.
• Oversees HR records, reporting, and HRIS administration.
• Collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, and International HR teams for seamless operations.
• Ensures adherence to state and federal employment laws and regulatory requirements.
