Qualifications

Responsibilities
Administer various human resources plans and procedures.
Conduct global recruitment efforts for personnel.
Coordinate the Annual Performance Management Review Process.
Manage People development and compensation programs.
Handle employee relations counseling.
Participate in administrative staff meetings.
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
