A global manufacturing leader is seeking an HR Training Manager based in St. Petersburg, FL. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities and workforce readiness across operations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR training, especially in manufacturing. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing curricula, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This is an on-site role with some travel required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of related experience in Learning & Development and/or HR training role.
• Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment is preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic partner to Site HR teams in deploying training initiatives.
• Create structured technical learning paths for key roles.
• Measure program effectiveness through skill assessments and tracking.
