Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission.
• Develop HR plans and strategies to support the overall business objectives.
• Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive management.
• Work with the executive team on management succession planning.
• Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans.
• Provide overall leadership to the HR function.
• Support employee development plans and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead organizational culture and values initiatives.
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor HR-related costs and adhere to the HR budget.
