Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs located in Warsaw, IN, Raynham MA, West Chester PA, Palm Beach Gardens FL, or Raritan NJ, with up to 20% travel. The HR Leader sets the people strategy, design governance, and delivers HR programs to support this global organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
8+ years’ HR experience; minimum 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Set and lead the people strategy for Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
Partner with leadership to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
Monitor market trends and adapt HR programs with rigor and impact.
