Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Legal, HCC, GCA, Security, in Raynham, MA. The role leads people strategy, governance, and delivery of HR programs for Legal, HCC and GCA globally. Reports to the Head of HR for Finance and Legal and partners with Leadership teams to drive talent outcomes aligned to business priorities.

You will guide talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development while ensuring execution of HR programs with rigor and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with business partnering.
• Strong communication and executive-facing storytelling ability.
• Ability to translate talent data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy for Legal, HCC, and GCA functions.
• Drive talent strategy, performance, succession, and leadership development.
• Coach and advise senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR COE and Talent Acquisition to deploy integrated talent solutions.
