Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs, to be located in Warsaw, IN, Raynham MA, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Raritan, NJ. This role shapes the people strategy, governance, and delivery of HR programs for a global organization and reports to the Head of HR for Global Quality, Regulatory & Patient Safety.

The role partners with the Global Quality team to drive talent outcomes, lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate complex people topics into actionable insights.
• Ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated presence, judgment, and discretion when advising leaders on sensitive organizational and talent matters.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with business and financial acumen.

Mansioni

• Shape business strategy and provide strategic input on workforce strategy and annual plans.
• Develop and deploy talent strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent, including robust succession pipelines.
• Own and drive talent management for the business/function/geography; set priorities and measure progress with talent metrics.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to source critical capability areas and lead succession planning as needed.
• Lead culture and engagement initiatives guided by Credo/Our Voice insights and employee sentiment data.
• Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness, performance, and governance.
