Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs to craft and lead people strategies across a global organization. This role partners with the Global Quality team to design, govern, and deliver HR programs aligned with business priorities, reporting to the Head of HR for Global Quality, Regulatory & Patient Safety.

You will lead talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development while guiding culture and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years' of related HR experience required; minimum of 2 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate complex people topics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain key capabilities.
• Lead succession planning for critical roles and coordinate leadership development.
• Coach leaders on performance, stakeholder interactions, and team effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategy with financial outcomes and business performance.
