Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs to set and lead the people strategy across the Global Quality, Regulatory & Patient Safety organization. The role is located across multiple sites in the United States and requires up to 20% travel.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Global Quality, Regulatory & Patient Safety, this leader drives talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to deliver business results

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related HR experience, with a track record in strategic HR partnership.
• Experience in global HR programs across large organizations is preferred.
• Strong ability to influence leaders and translate people topics into actionable insights.
• Executive-ready narratives and materials for senior leadership are required.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs for Global Quality, Regulatory & Patient Safety.
• Partner with leaders to shape culture, engagement, and organizational health across locations.
• Drive talent strategy including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Lead organizational design and governance to align with business priorities and financial performance.
• Coach leaders and teams to improve performance and effectiveness, and advise on sensitive talent matters.
