Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader, Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs, located across multiple sites (Warsaw, IN; Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Raritan, NJ) with up to 20% travel. You will lead talent strategy, organizational design and culture, partnering with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in HR, including strategic HR Business Partner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years’ HR experience; 2+ years in a strategic HR Business Partner role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to influence leaders and translate complex people topics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the people strategy, design, governance, and delivery of HR programs for the global Quality organization.
• Provide leadership across talent strategy, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, and growth within teams.
• Develop trusted partnerships with leaders and coaches to build leadership capabilities and drive results.
• Support disciplinary actions as needed and advise on sensitive organizational matters.
