This role shapes global HR strategy, compensation and total rewards, employee relations, and workforce governance while partnering with L&D and other leaders to deliver a unified employee experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership of HR teams or functions.
• Significant hands-on expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and equity considerations.
• Global HR leadership experience across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and international employment requirements in partnership with local experts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR across the Firm, developing scalable people practices for growth and employee experience.
• Advise Firm leadership on compensation, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and risk.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies, policies, and workforce solutions.
• Support due diligence, workforce assessment, design, and integration planning.
• Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate organizational change.
