Job summary

Sensiba LLP is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead the global People Operations organization. You will shape the HR strategy, oversee compensation programs, employee relations, and workforce governance while partnering with senior leaders to scale the firm’s growth.

The role requires deep expertise in global compensation design, policy development, and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on equitable, competitive programs and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 7+ years leading HR teams or functions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on strategic HR matters.
• Expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and governance.
• Global HR leadership across multiple countries and regulatory contexts.
• Knowledge of US employment law and international employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR across the firm, building scalable people practices.
• Advise leadership on compensation decisions, equity, and risk.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies, programs, and policies.
• Oversee global HR policies, governance, and cross-border workforce matters.
• Drive integration with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology.
