Job summary

Trullion is seeking an HR Generalist with strong recruiting experience to manage HR operations for US and UK teams. In partnership with our PEO, you will handle onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, benefits, payroll, and year-end processes.

You will own end-to-end recruiting with ATS oversight, including LinkedIn Recruiter, while supporting employee relations and leave administration. Expect hybrid on-site duties 2–3 days per week and growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an HR generalist or combined HR/recruiting role
• Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience including ATS management
• Experience with benefits, payroll, and year-end processes
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and in a startup with a global team

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations for US & UK, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, in partnership with a PEO
• Serve as the point of contact for benefits, payroll, and year-end processes with finance and PEO
• Manage end-to-end recruiting with ATS oversight (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Support employee relations and leave administration with PEO and leadership escalation as needed
• Oversee workplace operations, vendor coordination, events, and IT equipment requests
