Job summary

ProMach, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead division-level HR initiatives, partner with HR and operations leaders, and manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding through offboarding.

You will guide talent development, oversee compensation planning, benefits, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and help build an inclusive, high-performing workplace across ProMach Division(s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multiple business units.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills; comfortable facilitating meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to division leadership and develop HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead employee relations inquiries and organize morale-building activities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, management, and development across divisions.
• Develop and enforce policy standards, safety, and compliance with OSHA and other laws.
• Drive succession planning, training, and program implementation at division level.
