Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic workforce management for a globally distributed team supporting federally funded programs. You will shape recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement while aligning HR strategy with contract requirements. This role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active or eligible Secret clearance. The position is contingent on contract award and offers a path for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Maximus is currently hiring for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director serves as the senior workforce management leader responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, workforce readiness, employee engagement, and personnel lifecycle management of a globally distributed workforce supporting mission-critical federal programs.

U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance.

This position is pending upon contract award.
