Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of managerial or supervisory experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with federal and state employment and labor laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO) and complex contract interpretations.
• Experience administering collective bargaining agreements and managing HR programs.
• Ability to provide management consultation on complex HR issues and to receive delegation of authority.
