Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Director of HR Transformation, Change & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide efforts shaping workforce change, learning, and AI-enabled ways of working. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into scalable actions that deliver measurable impact today and prepare the workforce for the future.

The role requires a history of leading large-scale transformations, strong executive communication, and a passion for human-centered change.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive change management experience.
Global/multi-country transformation leadership.
Experience leading globally distributed teams (US & India preferred).
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled change solutions.
Certified change management professional (Prosci/CCMP).

Responsibilities

Shape transformation by translating strategy into workforce behavior and capability.
Coordinate change efforts across initiatives to ensure a cohesive program.
Lead a globally distributed team across the U.S. and India.
Integrate AI into change management practices and analytics.
Partner with executives to define the future way of working for people, process, and tech.
Drive measurable business outcomes and adoption through capability building.
