Job summary

Goldbelt is seeking a Human Resources Senior Specialist to perform senior-level HR, organizational, and workforce duties in support of federal programs. The role focuses on recruitment, staffing, advisory services, organizational analysis, and classification and benefits guidance.

The position requires a Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) and offers a comprehensive benefits package with competitive salary. Primary location is Washington, DC or Remote Work Site as Approved for Contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; a Bachelor’s plus 2 years’ experience may substitute for a Master’s Degree
• Secret clearance required
• 14 years of HR experience can substitute for a degree
