Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of HR or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS or HR systems; familiarity with MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support, onboarding activities and celebrations tracking.
• Coordinate travel, meetings and communications for HR leadership.
• Support recruitment processes, system configuration and candidate communications.
• Assist with LMS administration and staff development activities.
