Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a People Services Partner, Compliance to own and advance HR compliance across our organization. You will partner with People Legal, Payroll, Internal Audit, and policy owners to implement scalable processes, controls, and reporting for a growing global workforce.

This hands-on role requires a strong People Ops foundation, superb communication, and the ability to operate across jurisdictions while maintaining high accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR compliance and governance across multiple countries (including the United States).
• Represented People Operations in audits (internal and external).
• Prepared and filed government reporting requirements.
• Clear communicator with partners, auditors, and employees.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity while moving quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage the global background check program and vendor partnerships.
• Prepare for obligations when expanding locations, headcount or regulations; work with Legal.
• Maintain a global HR compliance calendar tracking programs and deadlines.
