Job summary

You will lead the interactive process, address complex cases, and collaborate with Recruiting, Benefits, and Employment Legal to build scalable frameworks globally.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the ADA and applicable state disability accommodation laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interactive accommodation process for U.S.-based employees and candidates, ensuring lawful and practical accommodations.
• Own global accommodation requests in partnership with regional HR and Employment Legal.
• Manage complex, high-stakes accommodation cases with guidance to People Partners and managers.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Recruiting, and external partners to scale accommodation workflows.
• Develop scalable processes and documentation for cross-regional accommodation requests.
• Lead education initiatives on best practices for accommodations across the company.
• Maintain accurate records and confidential information for all accommodation cases.
• Track metrics to identify trends and inform policy decisions.
