Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Global People Compliance & ER Partner to design and own our employment compliance program across all jurisdictions.

You will lead policies, audits, training, filings, and employee relations casework as a senior individual contributor. You will be the SME on compliance, partnering with regional stakeholders, Legal, and COEs to ensure alignment with local laws and privacy requirements while leveraging AI for policy delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 6+ years in HR compliance, employee relations, People Operations, or employment law
• Global experience across APAC, EMEA, and/or MENA preferred
• Experience with both startup and publicly traded companies
• Experience working with internal and external auditors
• Strong written communication and ability to write memos and policies

Responsibilities

• Build the employment compliance framework and roadmap from pre-boarding through offboarding
• Audit practices against legal requirements in each country and state; identify gaps and close them
• Define recurring checks (I-9 sampling, policy attestation, training completion, pay data validation) and schedules
• Define metrics for compliance health (risk register, audit closure, training effectiveness, ER case volume)
• Own the employee handbook and other required policies; maintain governance model and version control
• Drive compliance reporting (OFCCP, gender pay gap, time and attendance) and manage background check program
• Own People Compliance Training through the LMS (Ethena) and lead employee relations investigations
