Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a People Services Partner, Compliance to own and scale our HR compliance program. You will lead audits, manage the background check program, and file required reporting while working with People Legal, Payroll, Internal Audit and broader Compliance teams.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders across countries to implement scalable, compliant processes and to navigate evolving regulations as Anthropic grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR/People Ops with a strong compliance foundation.
• Experience building and leading an HR compliance program.
• Experience scaling a global background checks program and reporting.
• Experience with Workday reports and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage global background check program and vendor partnerships.
• Own HR compliance governance, controls, and audits.
• Prepare for obligations from new locations and regulations with Legal.
• Maintain an HR compliance calendar and scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with partners across Legal, Payroll, People Systems and Internal Audit.
