Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
• 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and maintain a people plan strategy, including annual priorities.
• Lead and oversight of key processes including Talent Management and special projects.
• Create, build and lead organizational plans; partner with other HRBPs and CoEs on staffing and resourcing strategies.
• Collaborate to execute talent and people strategy across the global Government Services portfolio.
• Serve as a credible HR partner to build and sustain trusting relationships.
• Find proactive, creative solutions to complex problems.
