Moog Inc. is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with senior leaders across the Commercial Aircraft Group in East Aurora, NY.

The role focuses on HR, Talent, and Organizational Design initiatives to boost performance and drive organizational effectiveness. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field, 10+ years HR experience with 3+ years in leadership, and strong communication, change management, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Over ten years of HR experience with at least three years leading a team.
• Ability to lead strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
• Experience advising senior leaders on HR matters with credibility.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Talent and HR strategies aligned to functional divisions.
• Develop strong relationships with senior leadership to drive business performance.
• Contribute to strategy creation, execution, and ongoing development of HR initiatives.
• Implement comprehensive HR strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership in organizational development and change management.
• Own talent management processes including identification, performance, and succession.
• Ensure talent pipeline and bench strength meet future business needs.
• Coach and role-model best practices in people management and Moog culture.
• Manage and ensure data integrity of employee metrics and HR analytics.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, Talent, and Reward CoEs for policy improvement.
