Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to build strong relationships with global HR leaders and drive strategy deployment across districts and functions.

You will forecast talent needs and support succession planning, partnering with COEs and HR Shared Services to ensure effective HR programs. You will coach HRBP Supervisors, manage escalations, and translate HR insights into value-added services across geographies, reporting to the HRBP Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent UPS experience.
• Minimum of three years of UPS experience or related organization experience.
• Minimum of three continuous years of management experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced working knowledge of HR Systems, specifically Workday.
• Proven experience leading and developing management employees.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic relationship between HR and enterprise to define business challenges and translate into HR initiatives.
• Understand core business processes and drivers of HR functions to support talent optimization globally.
• Lead research, develop presentations, and design programs for HR initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with HRBP Supervisors to support special projects and initiatives.
• Coach HRBP Supervisors and Mid-Management to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Monitor results of HR programs and drive improvements with HRBP Director and COEs.
