Job summary

NEP is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Connected Solutions business. You will partner closely with senior leadership across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performing global workforce.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will shape talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives in a dynamic international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices.
• Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies.
• Strong strategic mindset and executive presence.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
• Guide organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs.
• Support global employee relations while promoting performance culture.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence: TA, L&D, HR Analytics.
• Use HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure consistent global HR practices across regions.
