Job summary

KnowBe4 seeks a Sr. HR Business Partner, Global Functional Lead, to define talent strategy, lead organizational design, and coach executives across a matrixed global organization.

You will partner with regional HR leaders to ensure consistent employee experiences and leverage HR analytics to drive decisions. In this strategic role, you will manage global talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning while aligning with compensation, DEI, and performance programs across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in strategic HRBP role.
• Experience influencing across reporting lines in global/matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define global talent strategy and multi-year HR roadmap for assigned functions.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring for global scalability and alignment with goals.
• Own annual global talent reviews and succession planning for the function.
• Collaborate with regional HR Leaders to ensure consistency across regions.
