Job summary

Riveron in Houston seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders across service lines and geographies, aligning people programs with business priorities, culture, and DEI commitments.

You will drive performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, employee relations, and data-driven insights, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and other teams to deliver integrated people solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience, global and culturally diverse workforce
• Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and drive work forward
• Strong coach, collaborator, and influencer who builds trusted relationships across a matrixed organization
• Experience in professional services or fast-paced client-driven environments is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to dedicated service lines and geographies to understand business priorities and talent needs
• Deliver people programs with a client-service mindset across a global workforce
• Lead core HR programs: organization design, performance management, talent reviews, development planning, retention, employee relations, and compliance
• Partner on workforce, capability, and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
• Advise leaders on compensation, recognition, and rewards in collaboration with Compensation team
• Support HR compliance, audits, policy development, and consistent people practices across the firm
• Utilize data and insights to identify trends, assess risk, and drive actions related to performance and retention
